Zaragoza Airport (IATA: ZAZ, ICAO: LEZG)
is
located
south-west of the city, 10 km from the city centre. It is a joint civil-military aerodrome. Since 21 February 2008, departure and arrival flights have been operating from the new passenger terminal, adjacent to the one used previously. The airport accesses remain the same as before, and the new facilities are duly signposted (terminal, public car park, taxi rank, etc.)
Aena is improving the infrastructures to adapt and modernise the airport for the 2008 Zaragoza International Exhibition.
Likewise, due to its privileged location, with over 20 million people within a radius of 300 km, it is an important freight distribution centre.
